Format:

Online Workshop via Zoom - You will get the link to Zoom as well as further information by e-mail at least one day before the workshop.

You will need a stable internet connection, a camera and a microphone.

The online workshop will be held via the commercial service Zoom, which you will have to use voluntary and at your own risk. The GA accepts no liability under data protection law or otherwise.

Description:

In this highly practical, hands-on workshop you will learn how to take full control of Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Gemini, and others) and dramatically improve the quality of their outputs.

You will move from basic prompting to powerful, professional-level techniques that deliver significantly better, more reliable, and more useful results. By the end of the workshop, you will be able to craft precise prompts that consistently produce high-quality responses tailored to your needs.

What you will learn:

•    How Large Language Models actually work (tokens, context window, temperature, system prompts, etc.)

•    The 7 most important core prompting principles (specificity, role assignment, output format, examples, and more)

•    Zero-Shot, One-Shot, and Few-Shot Prompting – with many live demonstrations

•    Chain-of-Thought (CoT) – how to make the AI think step-by-step

•    Role & Persona Prompting for more accurate and consistent results

•    Forcing structured outputs (JSON, tables, lists, XML, etc.)

•    Common pitfalls and how to systematically avoid them

•    Prompt Iteration: How to improve a weak prompt to an excellent one in 3–5 steps

•    Grok vs. ChatGPT vs. Claude – strengths, weaknesses, and best use cases

•    Extensive hands-on practice: 8–10 real-life scenarios you will solve live

The workshop is very practice-oriented. You will spend a large part of the time actively writing and optimizing prompts yourself, with direct feedback and live examples.

With your registration you are required to accept the terms and conditions for participation.
