Description:

In this workshop you learn planning strategies for your PhD such as top-down and macro-micro-planning. You acquire practical tools and techniques for the everyday time management. Formulating and evaluating goals, compiling milestones and work packages, prioritizing tasks, dealing with time sinks and disturbances are some of the topics this workshop covers.
