Description:

The objectives of the course for Postdocs are, among others, to get to know and understand the basic values and rules of responsible conduct of research at all stages of its process, according to local, national and international guidelines. The Postdoc participants analyze and reflect on the differences and gray areas between good scientific practice, questionable practice, and scientific misconduct. Postdocs learn how misconduct can be identified and prevented, how it should be addressed, and the harm it can cause when it occurs as well as learn how to protect their scientific work. They are encouraged to speak to colleagues and designated institutions about their concerns and to use their knowledge when supervising.
