Description:

When entering the postdoc phase, the tasks become more diverse: in addition to their own research project, supervisory tasks (BA, MA, PhDs) increase and small teams are formed and managed. In addition, tasks from academic administration are delegated to postdocs, often without familiarisation with the academic and administrative structures. As a result, postdocs sometimes work a lot, but without a clear objective because the overall context remains unclear. This is where the workshop "Postdocs: Between academic Administration and Research Project" comes in. It structures, clarifies and provides practical tools.
