Module 2 - How to build a constructive relationship with my supervisor? (06.11.2024)

A constructive supervisory relationship is essential for the success of your PhD. This workshop deals with the question of how you, in your role as a doctoral candidate, can constructively shape the supervisory relationship and learn to deal with typical challenges. Among other things, the formal framework conditions, communication strategies and the prevention and handling of conflicts will be discussed.
