Description:

A brief outline of knowledge in business economics is important for jobs in commercial industries, project management, leading research positions, entrepreneurship and private financial problems and activities.

This workshop provides a smart overview about different parts of business economics and resorts of companies, value creation, business processes and their influence on different financial reports like balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, liquidity planning and management accounting. Specific terms and structures will be discussed to understand general principles of management decisions, calculation, profit & loss and key indicators used in business life.

• Business enterprise / project in its environment, flow of goods and cash, value creation
  
• Shareholders and stakeholders – hints to choose a form of legal and internal organization
  
• Procurement, inventory, production of goods and services
  
• Sales and marketing, economic market research
  
• Bookkeeping – balance sheet and profit / loss account
  
• Cost and management accounting, controlling and bookkeeping
  
• Reporting, key figures, investor relations

The content will be presented and transfered into a smart self-choosen business idea of the teams.
