Description:

Managing a PhD project requires more than academic expertise — it also demands effective time management. In this workshop, you will learn practical planning strategies such as top-down and macro–micro planning to structure your doctoral project efficiently.

You will work with tools and techniques for everyday time management, including setting and evaluating goals, defining milestones and work packages, prioritizing tasks, and handling time sinks and interruptions. The aim is to help you gain clarity, stay focused, and develop a realistic and sustainable planning routine for your PhD — one that not only supports your academic progress but also contributes to a healthy work–life balance throughout your doctorate.
